Coralville’s West Village Development and West Land Use Area Plan
Coralville approved a new development called West Village that will feature rowhomes, apartments, and mixed-use commercial space. The city touts the development and the 2016 West Land Use Area Master Plan as creating walkable communities designed around people rather than cars. How true is this?
